Know about our history and what
distinguishes us in the market
PJF is the natural evolution of a business
which during 40 years
developed technological and technical competences to manufacture tools for the industry of components for the automobile industry, electronic/electrical appliances and train industry.   

These competences were developed in companies as: Metallurgy Casal (Aveiro), Bather's Tools (Canada), GM (Canada), Ford (Canada) and Renault (France and Portugal). Subsequently, the business arose with the creation of METEC, Lda and ISOMOLDES Lda. These two organizations were created in 1989 by the current Director of the Megadies, after selling its participation in the company PRETEC of which hold 50% of the shares.   

Megadies taking advantage through knowledge of the market and its potentials clients, has been developing since 1995 a management policy were quality takes a major role in the consolidation of business.

Our company wagers in quality, in PJF quality is never an accident; it always results from intelligent work. We’re certified according to ISO 9001:2015 since 2000 and we were first company in to obtain the certification in the scope of the conception and manufacture of stamping and cutting tools.     

Our main clients are manufacturers of sheet metal parts for the automobile industry, electronic/electrical appliances and home appliances.  

We pretend to reinforce our notoriety with the main manufacturers in a way that we become a reference in the domain of conception and manufacture of tools to form sheet metal parts.  

Every year we participate in several international subcontracting fairs, such as: Hannover Messe, Midest (Paris), Alliance (Lyon), Subcontratacion (Bilbao) and Maquitec (Barcelona) our strategy is oriented to the foreign markets and with 50 persons our company exports to all Europe and occasionally overseas.  

One of our objectives is to increase exportation; growing in quality, price and delivery time. In this sector the competition is very aggressive, so beyond presenting the best prices and terms, we also need to present the best technical solutions, because many times they deem the success or the failure of our sales.
